From the South of France to Sydney, Barcelona to London, and New York to Montreal, to finally end-up in Los Angeles - California. Clement has built more than 12 years of expertise in international business activities & Premium Food industry across several countries across the world.

He experienced significant roles at D’Artagnan Inc. in New York with Ariane Daguin, the Alain Ducasse Culinary School in Paris, and a Premium French Foods distributor in Canada. He has collaborated with prestigious brands in food service, premium retail, and wholesale, focusing on supermarket distribution to high-end culinary services

From Family values & first food experience

​It started from his Family who was deeply rooted in hospitality & restaurant. They owned a Hotel-Restaurant called " Le Français " from 1971 to 1986, in Southern France, nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees mountains.
Its legacy was taught by his grandparents years after who were still engaged in truffle hunting, Banyuls wine selling and local farming markets.

But Everything has started at his first work experience in New York in 2012 while discovering & introducing in the food dining market, from farms to tables products trend with passionate people, engaged in growing the Dining experience and Creativity.

Their values and passions inspired him along the way to pursue a career
in premium gastronomy.

To further enhance his culinary expertise, he trained at the prestigious Alain Ducasse Culinary School in Paris, where he gained valuable insights into the future of gastronomy and honed his skills in culinary discipline and passion.
Additionally, he spent seven years working at a renowned French brasserie, gaining extensive experience in hospitality.

His expertise spans premium products, with a particular focus on caviar and truffles,
as well as a deep understanding of gastronomy, encompassing both traditional and Mediterranean cuisines.
